One Direction Announce 2013 UK & Ireland Arena Tour

On the same night that they picked up a BRIT award for Best British Single, the hugely popular boy band One Direction have announced a UK & Ireland arena tour for 2013. An announcement on the band's website confirms that they will perform 13 UK dates, plus 2 Irish dates during February and March 2013.

One Direction won a BRIT award earlier this evening for their debut single, What Makes You Beautiful, taken from their debut studio album, Up All Night.
Tickets for One Direction's 2013 tour of the UK & Ireland will go on general sale at 9am on Saturday 25th February at Ticketmaster and other major ticket agencies.
