Noel Gallagher Extends 2012 UK Arena Tour

Last month Noel Gallagher announced plans for his first 'solo' arena tour of the UK and Ireland. Now, due to huge demand for tickets, it's been announced that Noel Gallagher will extend the tour to include several extra dates in UK cities during 2012.

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds will now perform the following UK and Ireland dates during 2012:

• Aberdeen AECC - 14th February 2012 - EXTRA DATE
• Belfast Odyssey Arena - 16th February 2012
• Dublin O2 - 17th February 2012
• Sheffield Motorpoint Arena - 19th February 2012 - EXTRA DATE
• Newcastle Arena - 23rd February 2012
• Glasgow SECC - 24th February 2012
• London O2 Arena - 26th February 2012
• Birmingham NIA - 1st March 2012
• Edinburgh Castle - 17th July 2012 - EXTRA DATE
• Bournemouth BIC - 4th September 2012 - EXTRA DATE
• Liverpool Echo Arena - 6th September 2012 - EXTRA DATE
• Cardiff Motorpoint Arena - 9th September 2012 - EXTRA DATE
• Nottingham Arena - 10th September 2012 - EXTRA DATE

The tour will be in support of Noel Gallagher's debut solo album, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, which went straight to number one in the UK chart following its release in October 2011.

Tickets for the extra dates will go on general sale at 9am on Friday 25th November. There will also be a special pre-sale for members of Noel Gallagher's fan club, which starts Wednesday 23rd November.
