Coldplay Announce 2012 UK Stadium Tour

Coldplay have today announced a UK stadium tour, to take place in the summer of 2012. The tour will visit stadiums in Coventry, London, Sunderland and Manchester in late May and early June 2012.

Coldplay will perform the following dates as part of their 2012 UK stadium tour:

• Coventry Ricoh Arena - 29th May 2012
• London Emirates Stadium - 1st June 2012
• London Emirates Stadium - 2nd June 2012
• London Emirates Stadium - 4th June 2012 - EXTRA DATE
• Sunderland Stadium of Light - 7th June 2012
• Manchester Etihad Stadium - 9th June 2012
• Manchester Etihad Stadium - 10th June 2012 - EXTRA DATE

The summer tour will be in support of the band's latest chart-topping album, Mylo Xyloto, which was released last month. Coldplay will also be performing three UK arena shows this December.

Tickets for Coldplay's five UK stadium shows will go on general sale at 9am on Friday 18th November.
