Duran Duran Announce Rescheduled UK Tour Dates

Following the disappointment of having to postpone their entire UK tour earlier this year due to Simon Le Bon's throat infection, Duran Duran have today announced the rescheduled dates. The new dates will take place in November and December, and have been booked to coincide with the pre-Christmas festivities.
In a message posted on the band's website, Duran Duran say that the newly announced pre-Christmas concert dates will make the shows "an even bigger celebration of the band’s new album and their thirty year history".
Duran Duran's All You Need Is Now tour will be the band's first full UK arena tour in seven years and is in support of their 13th studio album, which was released in March.
The rescheduled dates are as follows (with previous dates in brackets):
- Brighton Centre Wednesday 30th November 2011 (rescheduled from 30th May 2011)
- Bournemouth BIC Thursday 1st December 2011 (rescheduled from 31st May 2011)
- Birmingham LG Arena Friday 2nd December 2011 (rescheduled from 21st May 2011)
- Glasgow SECC Sunday 4th December 2011 (rescheduled from 19th May 2011)
- Nottingham Arena Tuesday 6th December 2011 (rescheduled from 22nd May 2011)
- Cardiff Motorpoint Arena Thursday 8th December 2011 (rescheduled from 1st June 2011)
- Liverpool Echo Arena Saturday 10th December 2011 (rescheduled from 23rd May 2011)
- London O2 Arena Monday 12th December 2011 (rescheduled from 28th May 2011)
- Sheffield Motorpoint Arena Wednesday 14th December 2011 (rescheduled from 4th June 2011)
- Manchester MEN Arena Friday 16th December 2011 (rescheduled from 3rd June 2011)
- Newcastle Arena Saturday 17th December 2011 (rescheduled from 18th May 2011)
Tickets that were purchased for the original May/June dates will be valid for the rescheduled tour dates.
