Alexandra Burke

After winning series five of ITV's The X-Factor, Alexandra Burke shot to stardom and became one of Britain's brightest new stars. Her debut single, Hallelujah, took the Christmas number one spot in December 2008. Alexandra's debut album, Overcome, was released a year later and also reached the top spot on the UK album chart.

Alexandra's second studio album, Heartbreak On Hold, was released in June 2012. The lead single from the album, a track called Elephant, entered the UK chart at number 3.
