Little Mix Crowned 2011 X Factor Winners

Little Mix last night became the first group to win the X Factor. The girl group went into the final weekend as one of three remaining acts. On Saturday night's show Amelia Lily was booted off after receiving the fewest public votes. Then, in Sunday night's final, Little Mix were crowned the 2011 winners after beating Marcus Collins in the final public vote.
The girl group - consisting of Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock - celebrated wildly on stage with their mentor, Tulisa Contostavlos, after hearing the result. They then went on to perform their debut single, a cover of Damien Rice's Cannonball, which is due to be released on Wednesday (14th Dec).
Little Mix will now be joined by eight other X Factor finalists - Misha B, Janet Devlin, Amelia Lily, Marcus Collins, Craig Colton, The Risk, Kitty Brucknell and Johnny Robinson - when they embark on the X Factor Live tour in February, March and April 2012. See full list of dates and venues below:
