Ricky Gervais achieved worldwide success with his hit TV comedy series, The Office and Extras, which were co-written with his good friend Stephen Merchant. For the last three years Ricky has terrorised Hollywood's A-list with his raucous hosting of the annual Golden Globe awards ceremony.
Ricky Gervais has previously completed four UK stand-up tours: Science (2010), Fame (2007), Politics (2004) and Animals (2003).
He is currently working on a new stand-up show called Humanity. Ricky has commented (via Twitter) that he will tour the UK in 2013 with the new show.
